Denver & Montpellier, France--Genesys Conferencing (Euronext:3955) (Nasdaq:GNSY - News), a global multimedia conferencing leader, announced today that it will be providing multimedia conferencing services, including the Genesys Meeting Center and Genesys Event Service, to Honeycomb Connect, a division of Honeycomb Worldwide Inc.
As a leading provider of executive-to-executive (e2e) peer networking solutions, Honeycomb Connect sees Genesys services complementing its suite of services, which incorporates information delivery through a blend of traditional and new media, event management and supplier sourcing solutions. Honeycomb Connect's e2e network operates across 14 business sectors and job functions, including franchise development, human resources, supply chain management and the life sciences. Member companies include Burger King, Eli Lilly, General Motors, GSK, Johnson & Johnson, McDonald's, Sony and Wal-Mart.

This contract involves the delivery of multimedia desktop conferencing services based on the Genesys Meeting Center, a communication and collaboration platform combining audio, video and Web conferencing into a single interface. Simple point-and-click commands allow moderators to manage their conference calls on line, deliver high-impact PowerPoint presentations, virtually share any document or application in real time, take participants on guided Web tours, conduct real-time surveys and polls for immediate feedback, and record any meeting for playback later. Honeycomb will also be using the Genesys Event Service for large, "high-touch" events.
